When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies, which are in place so that we can best serve all of our clients.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment times, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first visit for paperwork purposes. For all other appointments, please plan to arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes early.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies and Fees
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Inclement Weather Policy
If you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment due to inclement weather, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window. Please call as soon as you are able.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service; however, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion and should be calculated based on the amount of the full service price. You may provide a tip in the room or upon check out.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Product Return Policy
In the event you purchase any of skincare products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented.
Series of Services
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft “spa voice” once you enter the treatment room.
We kindly ask that any children under the age of 12 stay at home. No children are allowed in the treatment room without permission of the esthetician.
